Galatians 6:7-10 NKJV
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. [8] For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. [9] And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. [10] Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.
Weariness comes over us all when we lose our vision and focus on the Living God.
We think we've spent our endeavours for nothing and wasted our time.
Isaiah 49:4 NKJV
Then I said, 'I have laboured in vain, I have spent my strength for nothing and in vain; Yet surely my just reward is with the LORD, And my work with my God.'"
The first part of the verse is a "woe is me" moan, but the second part is a wake up call to look UP towards the LORD, knowing that He is a God who is always at work - a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
When I'm weary, I tend to get things out of proportion and exaggerate the negatives and lose sight of the Lord of the Harvest.
So, weary soul, on this gloomy Monday morning, I pass on a good hearty breakfast of scripture for you to feast on, to nourish and encourage you and - me too....

Ecclesiastes 11:1,4-6 NKJV
Cast your bread upon the waters, For you will find it after many days. [4] He who observes the wind will not sow, And he who regards the clouds will not reap. [5] As you do not know what is the way of the wind, Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child, So you do not know the works of God who makes everything. [6] In the morning sow your seed, And in the evening do not withhold your hand; For you do not know which will prosper, Either this or that, Or whether both alike will be good.
Go on, eat it all up - and sow, sow, sow!
