Romans 1:28-31 AMPC
And so, since they did not see fit to acknowledge God or approve of Him or consider Him worth the knowing, God gave them over to a base and condemned mind to do things not proper or decent but loathsome, [29] Until they were filled (permeated and saturated) with every kind of unrighteousness, iniquity, grasping and covetous greed, and malice. [They were] full of envy and jealousy, murder, strife, deceit and treachery, ill will and cruel ways. [They were] secret backbiters and gossipers, [30] Slanderers, hateful to and hating God, full of insolence, arrogance, [and] boasting; inventors of new forms of evil, disobedient and undutiful to parents. [31] [They were] without understanding, conscienceless and faithless, heartless and loveless [and] merciless.
Watching the protests (more akin to celebrations) yesterday, on the anniversary of October 7th, I was aghast at the callous insanity of the behaviour.

How can it be that people blindly ignore the agony of bereaved hearts, mourning the slaughter of their loved ones? How can they continue to bay out hatred, knowing that some hostages are still being held after 2 years in the tunnels? It beggars belief!
And then we read the passage above and observe the consequences of turning away from God's Word.
Most of "Gen Z" have grown up without any Biblical input. The dying vestiges of Christian values are being replaced by atheism, Marxism or other faiths.
It's interesting to note the age group of the Zoom commemoration (mourning the massacre and praying for the hostages) last evening, were many older folk, still retaining the Christian faith.
How we need a revival of genuine, Bible believing Christians - especially in our youth, in our universities.
May the heritage of Christian boldness arise out of the insanity of modernity. Holy Father God, please have mercy on this land.
Turn us away from this reprobate mindset and set our hearts ablaze with true compassion.
Even so come Lord Jesus!
