Secure Zion

Isaiah 33:20-22 NKJV

Look upon Zion, the city of our appointed feasts; Your eyes will see Jerusalem, a quiet home, A tabernacle that will not be taken down; Not one of its stakes will ever be removed, Nor will any of its cords be broken. [21] But there the majestic LORD will be for us A place of broad rivers and streams, In which no galley with oars will sail, Nor majestic ships pass by [22] (For the LORD is our Judge, The LORD is our Lawgiver, The LORD is our King; He will save us)

Want to divide up Jerusalem, you nations? Do you plan to cut it in two, United Nations?

Your two state solution is a delusion, contrived by peoples who have no regard for the Lord or His Word.

Let's see what God's Word has to say about it, shall we?

Zechariah 12:2-3 NKJV

"Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. [3] And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.

God has plans for Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria and no sanctions will countermand His decrees!

Zechariah 12:9 NKJV

It shall be in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

It would be an eye-opener for our leaders to read of God's plans for Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria.

But they do not recognise Scripture or the Lord the Holy One of Israel. Indeed many Israelis don't recognise it either and would give away land, blindly, to those who want to drive them out completely.

As the days unravel the intrigue of the nations, the Lord simply laughs.

Psalm 2:4-6 NKJV

He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision. [5] Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, And distress them in His deep displeasure: [6] "Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion."

Friends, Jesus is coming back to reign from Zion, we need to tremble at His Word and follow Him.

Psalm 2:7-8,11-12 NKJV

"I will declare the decree: The LORD has said to Me, 'You are My Son, Today I have begotten You. [8] Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession. [11] Serve the LORD with fear, And rejoice with trembling. [12] Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.

Father, Your Kingdom come, Your Will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Amen and Amen.
